Documentation, not marketing

Every tool ships with a Quick Start, a fuller guide and a real DaVinci Resolve walkthrough. A look you cannot install, adjust or reason about is not a product.

Product walkthrough

A real DaVinci Resolve screen recording. Not yet filmed, so there is nothing to play — and it will never be a reconstructed or simulated interface.

Tutorials

Recorded in DaVinci Resolve

Walkthroughs are screen recordings of the actual application, working on actual footage. Where AI assists with a tutorial — scripting, narration cleanup, graphics or the introduction — that is stated on the page itself.

The Resolve footage is always real. A fabricated interface would make every other claim on this site worth less.

The path

From installed to finished

  1. 01

    Install

Where each file type belongs, and how to confirm Resolve has picked it up.

  2. 02

    Apply

Node placement and order of operations — what to keep separable, and why.

  3. 03

    Calibrate

Per-shot strength. The single step that separates grading from filtering.

  4. 04

    Troubleshoot

What to check when a look does not appear, or behaves differently from the reference shot.
