Refund and Digital Delivery Policy

This policy states the refund and digital delivery position of J.Vardy Tools as it stands today. J.Vardy Tools is an individually operated trading name based in Kenya.

The current position

• No products are currently available for purchase.
• No payment is currently collected, by any method.
• No digital product is currently delivered or downloadable.
• Therefore no current purchase requires a refund, because no purchase can be made.

We have deliberately not published a refund window or eligibility rule for a product that is not being sold. Inventing one would describe a process that does not exist.

Before any sales begin

Before commercial sales begin, this policy will be updated and published in full. The updated version will set out:

• refund eligibility, including any time window and how it is measured;
• how a digital product is delivered, and what to do if delivery fails;
• how a refund is requested, and what information is needed;
• how faulty or misdescribed products are handled;
• the support process, and where to reach it;
• the mandatory consumer protections that apply.

That updated policy will be shown before any payment can be made, not afterwards.
